The products offered by www.9plus.bg are accompanied by a certificate from the manufacturer, guaranteeing their original origin.
In case of a factory defect, which is identified immediately upon receiving the product in the presence of the courier, please call 0886 702 001 immediately. The conditions for claiming a purchased product from the online store are described below.
In case of a transport defect, exercise your right to claim as described below. If you find a factory defect or malfunction that is not due to improper use, please make a claim to our e-mail. Each case will be considered individually. You will receive feedback at the email address or phone number you provided.
The warranty conditions of the manufacturer apply to all products in the store.
Claims
• Any goods that do not correspond to what the customer ordered are subject to claim. In case of a clear discrepancy between the received goods and the ordered ones, please contact us immediately at the provided phone numbers. The discrepancy is checked against the product name in the order and the product name received by the customer. If such an error is established, the customer returns the product at the expense of Atliya EOOD and is sent the correct one at the expense of Atliya EOOD.
• Goods for which the customer has been previously warned about a discrepancy or defect are not subject to claim.
• If upon receiving the goods, the packaging is damaged or torn, the claim will only be honored in the presence of the courier at the time of receiving the goods. In this case, please call the provided phone numbers immediately. Claims are confirmed with a note in the waybill by the recipient at the moment of receiving the shipment.
• When making a claim within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase, provided all store conditions and all applicable legal provisions are met, the customer may request a refund of the paid amount, an exchange of the goods for another, or a discount on the price of the purchased product. All expenses incurred by the customer for receiving and returning the purchased goods, bank commissions, and other expenses beyond the value amount are at the customer's expense.
• There is no right to claim for a person who is a third party when receiving the shipment and is not the primary payer for it.
Claims Service
• To validate the warranty, you must have a receipt or other document proving the purchase. In case of a problem or damage, you should contact us via e-mail or phone.
• After accepting the claim as valid, Atliya EOOD notifies the customer by phone or e-mail and takes the following actions regarding the claim service:
sends the customer a new product of the same type at its own expense;
if the same product cannot be provided, offers an option to choose another product of the same value;
In case the same product cannot be provided, Атлия ЕООД refunds the customer within the legally established timeframe.
• In case of rejection of the submitted complaint, Атлия ЕООД informs the customer of its decision at the phone number or e-mail address provided by the customer. When requesting the return of the advertised product, it is sent back to the customer in a manner convenient for them, with the costs of return being at their expense.
• If within 30 (thirty) days after being notified of the decision, the customer does not claim their goods, Атлия ЕООД reserves the right to dispose of the goods as it sees fit and owes no amounts, both for the value of the products and for the expenses incurred for them, to the original owner.
By reading these terms and subsequently using the online store for purchases, you as a customer unconditionally agree to them. If you do not agree with the above, please do not use the online store.
