1. These general terms govern the relationships between Atliya EOOD (owner of the online store www.9plus.bg) on one side and the users of the online store www.9plus.bg (hereinafter referred to as the Site). These terms bind all users. By selecting any item, link, or button located on the pages of www.9plus.bg (except for the link to these General Terms), the user agrees, accepts, and undertakes to comply with these General Terms.

2. During registration, by checking the box „I accept the General Terms,“ the user makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document Act and declares that they are familiar with and accept the general terms.

3. Orders through the site www.9plus.bg are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. To purchase goods from our Site, you must:
1. Have a permanent address in Bulgaria;
2. Have correctly filled out the electronic registration form;
3. Have agreed to these General rules and conditions;
4. Provide an accurate and valid phone number and delivery address;
5. Ensure access and the possibility to receive the goods.

5. Atliya EOOD may request additional confirmation, including by phone, fax, or email. If the requested information above is refused, this automatically leads to the cancellation of the order with or without additional notification.

6. Atliya EOOD reserves the right to refuse to confirm any order due to the exhaustion of available quantities or for any other reason, notifying the user of its refusal and the reason for it.

7. After placing the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you provided. From this moment, the request is considered accepted and subject to execution by Atliya EOOD. In case of inability to fulfill part of the order or the entire order, you will receive an additional email or call to the provided phone number.

8. The approved method of payment for purchases from the Site is cash on delivery or by bank transfer (cash on delivery), with all prices being final, including VAT and in Bulgarian leva. All deliveries within Bulgaria are made through the courier company SPEEDY.
• For orders up to 50 euros – delivery is at the customer's expense.
• For orders over 50 euros – delivery is at the expense of the online store.

9. The terms described on the invoice provided to the user upon receipt of the products ordered from www.9plus.bg, together with these general terms, represent a complete regulation of the contractual relations between the two parties, except in cases where the user has signed a separate sales contract with Atliya EOOD.

10. Atliya EOOD reserves the right to correct errors and/or update the content of the Site at any time without notice, which includes changes to goods and prices. These changes will not affect already made and confirmed orders, which will be fulfilled under the conditions that were current at the time of confirming the respective order.

11. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the ordered goods within 14 WORKING DAYS from the receipt of the goods, provided that they have NOT BEEN USED, the integrity of their packaging has not been violated, and the goods are in the condition in which they were received and under the conditions of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. The transportation and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. In the case of a defective product being reported within 24 hours of receipt and with the commercial appearance of the goods and packaging intact, we commit to replace it with a new one or to refund the amount paid by you for the goods, according to Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, in which case the transportation and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are at the seller's expense. In the event of a discrepancy between the goods and the characteristics specified on the description page, the supplier will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer, in accordance with Article 59, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 7 days from the receipt of the goods and with the commercial appearance of the goods and packaging intact.

12. The information collected by Атлия ЕООД when using the Site will be used only for the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Атлия ЕООД will not provide information to third parties without the explicit consent of the visitor. We do not rent, sell, or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties under any circumstances, except when required by law or court order.

13. Атлия ЕООД reserves the right, at its discretion and at any time, to change, add, or delete parts of the General Terms. It is your responsibility to check these General Terms at any time before using the Site. The fact that you continue to use the Site after the publication of changes is considered confirmation that you accept and agree to these changes in the current General Terms. By this, you agree that all subsequent purchases are governed by the General Terms applicable until the publication of the amended General Terms, and thereafter in accordance with these amended General Terms. Depending on the fulfillment of these general terms and any modifications thereof, Атлия ЕООД grants you („the end consumer“) a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Site. By ordering products from the Атлия ЕООД store (both online and otherwise) or accepting the delivery of such products described in the invoice, the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these General Terms. Атлия ЕООД reserves the right to change these terms without notice at any time and solely at its discretion.

14. Atlia Ltd. is not responsible for websites and their content that are not part of the site www.9plus.bg. Atlia Ltd. is not obligated to pursue any site linked to for illegal content related to copyright, pornography, racism, and any other actions prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case a user notices such violations, they are obliged to notify Atlia Ltd. so that the link to the infringing site can be removed.

15. Responsibilities:
1. Atlia Ltd. is not responsible for possible incidental omissions related to the timeliness of the information contained on the Site; is not responsible for the consequences, including any damages caused by or related in any way to access or use of the Site; is not responsible for the integrity of the information on the Site from computer viruses or other threats. The information presented on the Site is in accordance with applicable legislation, and its use by users is voluntary and at their initiative.
2. Atlia Ltd. is not responsible for the completeness, validity, and essence of the information contained on the websites to which there are links.
3. Atlia Ltd. is not responsible for any damages caused to the user while using the services on the website.
4. Atlia Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted and continuous access to the domain www.9plus.bg.
5. Atlia Ltd. is not responsible for the depletion of stock availability.
6. Atlia Ltd. is not responsible for inaccuracies in the product information provided by the manufacturer.
7. Atlia Ltd. is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment of its obligations due to reasons beyond the company's control.

16. The sale of the product is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

17. Out-of-court dispute resolution. If you as a buyer believe that your rights have been violated, you can send your complaints to us via the email address sales_atlia@mail.bg for an out-of-court settlement. If the purchase between you and us was made online through our website, according to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to reach an agreement with us regarding the consumer dispute out of court through the online dispute resolution platform, which is available at the following internet address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
