Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by the courier company Speedy.
The delivery price is 4 euros for the entire country for orders worth up to 50 euros (paid by the customer). For orders over 50 euros, delivery is free for delivery within 3 working days.
for the country – the delivery time is up to 5 working days;
for Sofia – the delivery time is up to 3 working days.
If we are unable to fulfill your request, we take the responsibility to contact you and inform you.
In case you have paid in advance, we are obliged to refund the amount you paid within 3 working days.
ATTENTION: To receive the goods you ordered, it is necessary to specify the name of the recipient, a contact phone number, and an exact delivery address – this can be the address you provided during your registration or another address from your address book. When specifying the delivery address, make sure that on the working day when the goods will be delivered, you or another person you have authorized to receive it will be at that address. After you finalize your order, you will receive an email with all the information regarding the order at the email address you provided during your registration. If clarifications are needed regarding the conditions or the delivery address, our operator will contact you by phone.
IMPORTANT! Upon receiving the shipment, pay the amount of the cash on delivery and be sure to check the integrity of the goods in the presence of the courier, especially if it is fragile! If you have paid in advance by bank transfer, you do not owe payment to the courier. In this case, open the shipment immediately after you receive it. If the goods are damaged, the courier is obliged to write a bilateral protocol in front of you, which will guarantee the re-fulfillment of your order. Additional conditions
Providing incomplete or incorrect data in the customer's profile makes the order invalid and does not bind www.9plus.bg to fulfillment.
- The fixed delivery time service is charged additionally in the amount of 2.50 BGN by the recipient, regardless of the delivery conditions.
- The same-day delivery service for Sofia (for orders received by 14:00) is charged additionally by the recipient.
Return of purchased goods
Every consumer has the right to return (at their own expense) the ordered goods within 14 working days after receiving them, if the goods meet the following conditions:
- there are no mechanical damages;
- it is in its original packaging and has a commercial appearance.
The return is made to the same commercial address from which the goods were sent, with the costs borne by the buyer. The buyer must contact an operator at www.9plus.bg at phone 0886 702 001 and inform about their refusal. Atliya EOOD is obliged to refund the amount paid for the goods within 3 working days from the date on which it is received back or to replace it. In case the customer receives the goods in a condition not corresponding to the delivery condition or a different item than ordered, Atliya EOOD replaces the goods, covering the delivery costs, or refunds the amount paid by the customer.
